Fence's Street / Dead man's Walk

Across a rickety bridge there is a narrow twisting alley to the left. According to a mounted sign it is called Dead Man's Walk. Scratched into the brick below is the secret symbols of the Thieves' Cant in another name. "The Fence's Cut".
