The Emperor
The undisputed master of the Empire, and by extension humanity. He's famously secretive and the full extent of his powers or nature remains a mystery. The only name he has ever given anyone other than "Emperor" has been Exorias, which is only used for formal purposes as only the princes dare address him so casually.
He's also seemingly immortal, and attributes this to being the chosen avatar of Victoria. His real age is unknown, but it's well over 300 years.
