Current Projects

I am usually working on a couple different things at a time, but the ones listed below are on my highest priority atm :]

Games

Choose from one of six different pregenerated characters by taking the infamous Generalized Occupational Aptitude Test and escape your Vault experiment! Designed for new players, this learn-to-play one-shot takes about 3-4 hours. I run it live at local venues as well as virtually, but it is also free to use by others with the GM outline hidden behind a free subscriber group to avoid spoilers. Reach out over the Discord if you are interested in learning to play Fallout 2d20 or getting GM Subscriber access!

Running once weekly at the local game store near me, Gather Your Party Games and Hobbies, this is a chance for the locals in my area to get a taste of the Fallout experience. Heavily inspired by the Fallout Vancouver play-by-post, (still running on their Discord), I have tried to create a 'persistent' style world that multiple groups and solo players can interact with. Using the Settlers Guide for the mechanics of building a settlement, players will be able to all contribute in collecting junk from the wastes and building a fledgling town from scratch in the wake of a slaver attack. With a large focus on group collaboration and choices, an overall narrative takes a back seat so that new players can get a good idea of how the game works while not having to commit to more than one session at a time. Absent players will turn into NPCs that can be used for settlement activities that ultimately stil benefits the group when the seats have filled or they have scheduling conflicts.

Content

A project of mine that started a long time ago making random mutation generators for another game, it is safe to say I have done this process more times than I have fingers on my hands. It got a good reception, enough so that someone in the homebrew Discord took it upon themselves to make an entire coded JS generator out of it. Special thanks to Meep the Changeling for making all my hard work look really cool with a bunch more hard work of their own~

My own version of these rules, a big thanks to the original creators that did all the initial work that inspired me to make this! I still use the 'Gearhead' perk from 123Jimbly for crafting, so you will need to access the original Google doc for details, (page 43).

Paired with the one-shot listed above, I designed this G.O.A.T. to pair new players with pregenerated characters based off their playstyle. Trying to convert a bunch of Dungeons and Dragons nerds myself, I tailored the classes to fit the more traditional roles found in a dungeon crawler so they could wrap their head around that part of the game quicker and focus on learning how to use AP. Finally got the sheets over to my Drive so they are available for anyone to use or adapt for their own games.

A list of Traits and alertnate Origins for characters in the Great Dust Bowl Setting. While a majority apply to Survivors, I have expanded the list to include my own Vault Kid Traits and mutant origins. I plan to add more in the future, but as always, don't hesitate to comment with feedback or balancing suggestions!

A collection of handy tools and supplements all in one spot for GMs that like to use homebrew. The main list moderated by ELH is linked at the top. Some fun JS tools Meep the Changeling coded, as well as a fancy loot roller by u/Swordswoman.

That's the main homebrew list with settings, origins, items, and plenty more. The interactive Mutation Roller and Overseer's Panel. The latter has a weather generator, expanded injury roller, and the random NPC creator. You also get a table of all sorts of items players can come across randomly. Not only does all this save a ton of time but the interactive stuff is really aesthetically pleasing.

Tabletop Simulator Maps

An edit of an existing Tabletop Simulator map to add zones and a basic self-contained one-shot. The Pip Boy on the table is linked to the World Credits article where I have links to all the assets I use free from the Steam Workshop. You can also find the original Super Duper Mart map that was done with the Fallout 3 layout and textures here if you want to start from scratch yourself.

Booze!
