Killetha
Killetha is an oasis city downriver from the Citadel of Naset. Built along both sides of the Sai River it's a large trade and cargo town and a popular stop for those leaving empire territory to the South. Due to the number of imports and exports coming from trade along the river, Killetha has grown to be a very wealthy city in the Shakkal Expanse with various nobles and warlords owning high-rise estates along the riverbank, as well as many opportunities for carousing in the city.
