Ascending to the Rainbow Throne after the death of his father, Kaiser Albrecht "The Fool", Kaiser Frederick negotiated an end to The War of Colors, allowing the nations of the Platinum Pact to secede from The Empire in 5 AIS. Although considered to be much better than his father, which isn't hard, his reign was rather unnoteworthy besides ending The War of Colors.
