Mercykillers

The Mercykillers are the punishment branch of the Sigilian justice system. They believe that only through immediate and severe punishment of any rumor of wrongdoing can evil be stamped out of the world. Their faction headquarters is the Prison. Their faction symbol is a red dragon in flight.
A tortle named CrOFL is some form of leader among the the Mercykillers. CrOFL and Ett Tiberon met in Prison after Ett was arrested. CrOFL told Ett that he was not in jail for the killing of an innocent boy, but instead was put in prison because Ett killed Ett's own father. Ett does not know how CrOFL, or the law in general, could know about that killing.
