Sugarplum

Sugarplum is a fat, middle-aged, female fairy that runs the Clown's Respite. She speaks in a husky voice. She can just barely fly. She provided the contact between the Kateesh and Jeriome Fell.
The Kateesh conquered the Palace of the Jester, a fun house.  The final encounter in this fun house was between Half of the Remains of Aoskar -- which turned out to look a whole lot like Sugarplum.   But she was half enveloped in a portal that had turned to solid rock as if she was trying to escape through a portal when she was encased.
