Admiral of the Royal Navy of The United Moonshae Isles. As well revered and known as any 1st Spear, Turgeon's skills and leadership allowed for the fast growth of the Navy and is military accomplishments.  Although the commander of the entire Royal Fleet, Admiral Turgeon can usually be found aboard the interior seas capital ship, The Ardrossan.
Confident and tactical, Turgeon can navigate most waters be it sea faring or political.  His demeanor is straightforward and without fear.  Many tales can be told of Turgeon speaking his mind where others would fear their heads.  It helps that the Admiral is very sharp and nearly always correct...or atleast that's what he'll tell you.
