Danokon Division
This division of the Securer Force encompasses the Danokon system as well as the personnel directly involved with it.
Structure
Danokon is a de-centralized artificial intelligence, running on several thousand server clusters that are distributed all over Ranul.
Each of those clusters is associated with one particular Securer district and collaborates with dozens of Rul data analysts, as well as a dedicated team of cyber-psychologists.
The data analysts are responsible for reviewing Danokon's preliminary results and, if necessary, they adjust search parameters or provide alternative explanations. They are organized in teams based on their area of expertise, such as traffic offences, physical violence or drug trade.
The cyber-psychologists, on the other hand, take care of Danokon's moral guidelines and take action when the system encounters an ethical dilemma.
Each district's Danokon division reports directly to its Organizational Securer Chief, who determines their priorities and coordinates their efforts with the requirements of the executive division. Information is relayed to the executive division based on each Securer's rank and mission-specific role. High-level strategic information is only accessible to the Executive Securer Chief, whereas real-time combat-relevant data - such as enemy positions or their predicted weponry - are provided to all active team members.
Wherever possible, data points are anonymized before being shared with an organic Securer. In those cases when information needs to be disclosed to the public, the presented facts are selected with the utmost care to avoid violating anyone's privacy rights or jeopardizing an ongoing mission.
Public Agenda
This Securer division is responsible for processing tactically and forensically relevant data. They are responsible for identifying critical patterns, predicting potential threats and investigating possible connections between individual pieces of evidence. Ultimately, their goal is to protect both the civilians and the executive Securer personnel from harm, by empowering the latter to respond to any danger as soon as possible.
Assets
The most important asset is Danokon, a sophisticated artificial intelligence which draws information from any data source on Ranul. Besides managing the Securer files, it monitors almost any communication channel and surveillance feed.
Storing and reasoning about those massive amounts of data requires a large number of dedicated server nodes, as well as constant information exchange over the global network. The system is protected from unauthorized access by the most advanced security measures known to the Rilsu, ranging from software solutions to physical barriers and psychological deterrents.
