Celine Tarukian
Celine Tarukian is a mischievous Stone Wanderer and member of the Eyes of the People adventuring party. She is known to her fellow party members as secretive and strange, many of them presume it is due to cultural differentiation as she is from the desert region of The Lands of VeCoastal known as the Eyelon Oligarchy. Celine is experienced in the art of poison and applying it to weapons, liquid and other various things. It is obvious that growing up in the distant land and then failing to apply the effort to culturally adapt to her current surroundings has left her clueless to a multitude of Isles differences such as slang, locations and etiquette.
