Dawn Brother
Dawn Brother was a feared figure in the capital city, Sons of Titus. He was a serial killer who preyed on the citizens of the city, stalking the streets at night and leaving a trail of bodies in his wake. No one knew how many victims he had claimed, but the number was rumoured to be in the dozens.
Despite the efforts of the city's guards, Dawn Brother remained at large, always one step ahead of their efforts to catch him. Some said that he had a network of accomplices who helped him evade capture, while others believed that he had supernatural powers that allowed him to slip through the grasp of the authorities.
As the bodies continued to pile up, the people of Sons of Titus grew more and more desperate for a solution. Many offered rewards for information leading to his capture, and some even took to patrolling the streets at night in an attempt to protect their own neighbourhoods. But it seemed as though he would never be caught, until a Justice Servant by the name of Rylee Eos managed to track down and capture him.
The celebrations were significant, however, some couldn't shake the feeling that Dawn Brother's reign of terror was not truly over. There were whispers that despite his capture the killings continued, just not in the same quantity.
