Flee Ratsome
(a.k.a. Dog Boy, Doggy, Dog Town Guide)
Flee Ratsome is a young boy and a resident of "Dog Town," deep within the slums of the capital city, Sons of Titus. Flee also known as "Dog Boy" is quite easy to spot in a crowd due to the fact that he has chosen to live up to the name of "Dog Town" and adopt walking on all four limbs. Flee is known to constantly prowl the outskirts his slum, in search for unusual visitors in order to ask them if they require his assistance in navigating the strange area.
