In the large library of The Serpent Bay Grand Keep, a Kenku named Starling serves as a Serpent Keep Thrall of knowledge. His duties are to manage the ever increasing archive of The Alvearius Authority, he is greatly interested in any kind of knowledge that could increase is awareness of outside elements that could effect the Authority. Starling studies day and night with the sole purpose of finding information that could increase the power of his beloved organisational masters.
