The Alvearius Authority

In the The Reelonain Constellation an organisation exists that has an unknown purpose and countless members. Yet it has constant interactions with the surrounding continents, a stream of diplomates and negotiators flow out of the lands and never really accomplish an obvious goal, this leaves many wondering what they are up to, this organisation is known as The Alvearius Authority.
With a collection of powerful subordinates and a mysterious leader who has never revealed himself, the Authority boasts enough military power to rival some of the kingdoms in both The Isles of Isaiath and The Lands of VeCoastal, however they have never once made any hostile threats or advances towards either of this continents despite the rumours of assassins doing work in the shadows.
The organisation is symbolised by an eye with a set of fingers extending out. Not many high ranking members wear this as a crest across their gear and is most often seen eteched into Alvearius Foot Soldier armour.
