The Serpent Bay Grand Keep

In The Reelonain Constellation a great castle sits atop a cliff face surrounded by the ever dangerous waters. It serves as the main outpost of operation for The Alvearius Authority, a large number of its members reside in the multileveled castle. The Grand Keeps defences are strict and effective, it is well known that the surrounding areas are constantly kept under close watch along with a vast number of soldiers on the walls fore filing their guard duty roles. Most of the members who serve here are known as Serpent Keep Thralls.
