Overseer of Arms
The 'Overseer of Arms' is a Makzukan that manages decisions regarding the Are or Phare. This can be anything from deployment of soldiers for wars, to training group sizes and class acceptance numbers. they are also responsible for the security within the palace and inner gates (known as the sacred areas).
Because of the worlds dependence on strong armies, the Alleran or Phalecian in this position is said to hold power that is only second to the sovereigns, and as such, only a legendary soldier can really be eligible for this position. They step down from the role
once they retire from the Are/Phare.
The overseer of arms also has a secret force of soldiers under their command. though only a few in numbers, they carry out top secret missions on behalf of the sovereign. Their identities are unknown.
