Soren was adopted into the family shortly after Gethin learned of his existence, and was legitimized on his sixteenth winter. He enlisted as a page shortly thereafter, served as a squire for several years, and was granted his knighthood with acclaim by his family and peers. Few can dispute his prowess on the battlefield, though his opponents would cry foul at the underhanded tactics he has used to win in the past. Or they would, if they were still alive.

Soren was tutored by the scholars of Sandoreale, excelled at horsemanship, and is a capable administrator and field marshal.
