The Abbey of Painted Glass

The seat of the Six Saints in Banteave, the Abbey of Painted Glass is built upon the same spot where the first shrine to the Saints was erected by Alaric Bantevar centuries ago.

Purpose / Function

A great house of worship and the seat of power for the Church of the Six Saints

Alterations

Over time, great windows of painted glass have been installed, giving the abbey its modern name.

Architecture

Grand, sweeping designs, similar to the ornate halls that still stand in distant Northvalled. The six statues of the Saints are among the finest ever crafted in Banteave.

Defenses

Guarded by a loyal coterie of anointed men-at-arms and retired knights.

Tourism

Droves of the faithful flock to the Abbey of Painted Glass every year, seeking guidance and forgiveness for their sins.
