History
The city first started as a vacation home for royalty of the Kingdom of Caeladonia , though quickly was built up. After the Arcadian civil war and the land broke free the of control of the surrounding countries, though not after a bloody naval battle in which Amiela Arcadia, the general of the Arcadian forces, lost her lover when his ship was destroyed. It is said that she wept nonstop at the shore for three days hoping her lover would wash ashore. She went on to be the first Queen of Arcadia, the kingdom named after her, and the city named later in her honor.
The city was later gripped by a mob boss known as Sigi Reuven, though the Ascended Heroes with the help of the royal mage and adviser Adam Faera managed to root him out.
Adam Faera went on to become a major political figure, moving behind the scenes to ensure the Kingdom of Arcadia would stay strong. The city became a major member of the ARCS Federaton to help stop the god Balimor. Though in the year 201 Maximilian Caelos V was able to seize control of the city and kingdom. He led from the Crystal Palace before the coup and his assassination when Dacen Nothius took the throne.
