Flumph

The wise and kind creatures are one of the only good things that has come out of the creations of magical corruption. They live structured lives filled with the search for knowledge. They are able to transport themselves from the dark depths to the surface and back, but they are fearful creatures, so they avoid direct contact with creatures of the surface. They are able to float freely in the air and move around by shooting jets of air out of their tentacles, making the noise their name comes from. They can be fully immobilized by flipping them upside down and are weak to lightning (although anyone who would want to harm one of these majestic creatures is truly heartless). They predominantly live in The Abyss though an enclave of them do own the Obsidian Tower mining island.
