Tanerius was interested in the macabre from a young age, becoming a necromancer with the first spell he ever cast to raise his dog from the dead Rattles. The Lizardfolk found his way onto Loredas once travel was established between it and his home on Aldas.
He came into conflict with the group that would become Fortune Networks when he was graverobbing a target that they were hired to graverob themselves. When they realized the usefulness of having the dead bring the treasure they were looking for to them, a partnership was established that turned into Tanerius becoming a full-fledged member of their team.
He was with them during their heists and the killing of Thaler. When the scraps of Fortune Networks were being grabbed Tanerius was mostly interested in the research and magic related documents.
Now that their base has been established in Haven Tanerius is in charge of the companies research and development division looking into ways to advance the companies position in and his own understanding of magitechnology.
