The city was founded in 203 by the former Arcadian Prince Oliver Reynold. Exiled for his Vampirism, he believed in creating a place free of prejudice and with the help of his new royal adviser Iman, he was able to welcome the many refugees after the Soulburst meeting the needs of the newly opened world of Aldas
In 208 Fortune Networks began their operations in earnest with Haven as a base of operations through their connections with Oliver Reynold.
