Fortune Networks
After Dagoruk's secret takeover and the movement of many assets to Crow's Fort he divested signifigant parts of the company to Sona Luxord-Vlatson, the rightful owner in a bid to ensure her secrecy about his true nature. Much of the arms manufacturing branch and other smaller business under the original Fortune Networks name were split into smaller companies to create some distance and plausible deniability between the assets he controls.
The company now resides in its orignial home of Haven as primarily a playing (and magic) card company with some ownership in arms manufacturing.

History
Fortune Networks started unofficially long before it rose from the ashes of Waterfront Industries. Two childhood friends Aien Yinvyre and Aria Luxord found their skills useful for petty crimes. Petty crimes eventually evolved into larger, riskier jobs with Aien chasing the thrill of becoming legendary thief. It wasn't long until their duo reached a point that their skills alone wouldn't do the job.
They realized that they needed raw muscle, so they found themselves hiring another childhood friend-turned mercenary Stanveth Heartwisk. When Aria's medical skills were being stretched to continue bandaging Aien's wounds, they hired recent graduate of the Caeladonian School of Healing Ēdwhâ Qhēnnueigh. And when they realized that they were out of their depth in dealing with the more magical artifacts and security setups they hired Tanerius Callahan, who they ended up butting against on a job beforehand.
This group managed to snag some rather important treasures before being recruited by Thaler to ostensibly solve the Life Gigas crisis (though secretly he was planning to take its power for himself).
They committed several high profile heists including one on the Black Palace itself, stealing the Reaver's Sword. They were pursued for this by their future employee, the revenant Drake.
Eventually they managed to find the Gigas, and in the process finding the lost Serrure Luxord. When Thaler revealed his plans and attempted to either kill or sway the future founders, they fought back against him with the help of the Time Squad and Drake, finally killing the mage.
In the aftermath, with Thaler having spent significant resources from his company and, in his hubris not establishing any clear owner in the case of his demise, his company tore itself apart in a power grab from the major leaders. The members of Fortune Networks managed to use what resources they got from Thaler to take a solid stake for themselves, plus the large amount of gold he had promised them.
Fortune Networks was finally officially founded in 207 in Haven, using his father Jakki's connections to King Oliver Reynold they set up shop selling Danger Demons Cards as their "official" opening, but they quickly expanded in the criminal underworld.
They opened up clinics to help the poor of Haven allowing them a direct connection to the rumor mill of the lower class. The clinics also support those injured doing the company's wetwork. They opened a security group offering hired muscle (that also serve as their underworld enforcers).
The company expanded successfully across Terra for years with the help of Aien's daughter Whis Luxord-Vlatson and her husband Holvir Vlatson's connections in Iocrias and The Coil.
Aien continued to train his grandchildren Sona Luxord-Vlatson and Mercury Luxord-Vlatson to take on different facets of the business, Mercury the paramilitary arm and Sona the business side. He and his resources were instrumental in building up the new city of Crow's Fort, but efforts were tragically cut short when he was killed and the Mindflayer Dagoruk took over disguised as him.
