Vauldin
Formerly a solitary Elf from the forests of Arcadia, when he was young, his tribe was wiped out by bandits who he spent years hunting down. Orphaned, he was found, cared for, and learned his archery skills from a wandering lone ranger. On his own he pursued passions of finding and cooking exotic meats and improved his culinary skills as time went on.
In his later years he rescued Thaler, a prominent Arcadian businessman and his carriage of valuables from bandits. Thaler, nowhere to be seen watched and saw him leave the valuables behind to try and find the owner or any survivors. Sure of his intentions, Thaler revealed himself and rewarded him for his actions. They kept in touch as the years went by and when it came time for the ARCS federation to scout and assign procurement specialists to keep the survey ships stocked with food over time, Vauldin was Thaler's first suggestion. He served this position well with the Godkillers on their ship, assisting them in stopping Balimor.
Vauldin returned to the court of the wandering ranger, who turned out to be the head of Arcadia's new monarchy Dacen Nothius. He now is the court Trapper allowing him freedom to explore the great forests of Arcadia hunting whatever catches his fancy; watching and assisting the cooks of the castle with what he catches.
