Quill
Aquila Andromedon Fél
Quill's image doesn't quite match with the expectation of the rough, hardened mercenary he claims to be. His robes – reminiscent of the more regal and formal style of Caliban – are far too nice for a thug-for-hire and his devil-may-care attitude either hides a truly observant and alert mercenary... or indicates that Quill was bad at his job. Perhaps the latter is the case as Quill's stated reason for going to Legacy is to avoid the fall-out from being at the wrong place at the wrong time and picking a fight with someone he shouldn't have.
Bombastic and generally cheerful, Quill seems unaffected by whatever event drove him to travel to Legacy. Still, there are moments where Quill sits overlooking the water not obscured by the miasma with a look of longing, guilt, and regret.
What was That? – Upon first interaction within the miasma, Cadence experienced a distant sense of anger and hurt that then faded to sorrow. Although normally cheerful, Quill's face morphed into one of guilt and regret. And then in a flash, those emotions were gone.
Bound and Exiled – Quill (real name Aquila) claims to be the son of Auriga Fél and the Bronze Maw. Although bronze dragons are associated with lightning, his storm-charged state is not one he should be able to manifest at his young age... and it's not something he controls. The choker he wears – a gift and penance from the Lunar Queen – keeps him bound to humanoid form. After destroying half of Porcelain Avenue and enraging the Blood Moon (the Red Maw), Quill went to Legacy. Old records indicated that dragons originated here and so perhaps there too are answers to Quill's storm-charged problem.
