Am Galar

Am Galar is one of the more mysterious places on the continent. What is currently considered the village of Am Galar is a very humble collection of houses, inhabited by mostly peaceful Orcs and Goblins and the like. However, slightly north of the village, edged into the mountains, lie the ruins of the actual settlement of Am Galar. From the base of the mountain a series of steps lead up to a high platform. These steps are littered with defensible positions, towers, and magical means of protection now slowly being recovered by nature. Some of the defenses are still active, such as two gigantic structures that still guard the main entrance. The main entrance was destroyed long ago, blocking access all access to the ruined city. These days, nobody knows what lies inside.
