Priscilla Primewater

Priscilla is a noblewoman in the town of Saltmarsh and daughter of Gellan Primewater, one of the towns council members. She manages some of the primewater estate, including making sure that tenants pay their dues, follow their code and operations work as intended. She is particularly interested in finding items of value and organizing expeditions to other lands, seeing the potential profit in these endeavors.
She is a spellcaster, much to the delight of her parents, and have given her every opportunity growing up to increase her abilities. When she was younger she was enrolled in the (then) new school in Saltmarsh. She wished to go to Bards Gate to gain even more opportunities, but her parents forbid it.
She is friends with Olune who, along with her father Keledek, has helped expand her magical prowess. It has influenced her dress, as she enjoys the exotic colors and materials found in the far-off lands of Khemit.
