Mussa

Mussa has a good harbor that accommodates many fishing boats and also has plenty of room for trading ships. The docks were expanded 12 years ago in anticipation of increasing the number of Kazanian ships going out from Mussa, but that has not actually occurred due to the outmoded local shipbuilding capability.
