Eleikar College of Mages

From the outside, the building seems completely innocuous. The wooden planks and thick beams resemble the log-cabin style structures that you see all around it. The only sign that this is a building of greater importance is the ornate doorway, with the sign in both Common Gratic and Endamian Dwarvish labelling it as the local guildhall of the The College of Mages.
Inside, the trappings of the guild are more clear. The central chamber, with its doors wide, shows the inscribed runes of a teleportation circle or Portal. Bookshelves line the walls of the main hallway, and a dark green carpet lays on the floor.
It isn't long before a small ringing goes off in the air around you, sourceless. It is like the sound that a shopkeeper's bell might make when a customer enters their establishment, and you get the sense that you will be meeting the College's members soon.

Purpose / Function

This local branch of the College of Mages is dedicated to the study of woodland and primal magics. Druids, shamans, and dwarven mystics from all over Endaman come here to demonstrate their abilities so that the College can study them. Their contributions are recorded in the buildings main Scriptorium so the information can be sent all over the Gratic Empire.
