The Sword Feast

King Uther and his court visit Sarum for a grand Christmas Feast and Merlin gives him the sword Excalibur.

The King's Progress came to Sarum for the Christmas Feast of 486. This grand feast lasted a week and many gifts were given. Most notable of all, however, on the last day of the Feast the Wizard Merlin arrived by surprise and gave King Uther the Sword Excalibur. Count Roderick and Merlin then asked Sir Bradwen, Sir Gaius, and Sir Monroe to tell the story of how they had acquired the sword.
