A Cut Above

You come inside a shabby hewn rock meat shop with a decently built planked roof called A Cut Above. You notice a large collection of knives hanging above a table behind the counter.
This meat shop is known for killing the animals right out back to keep the meat fresh. There is a weathered lizardfolk with an underbite currently salting a large spread of different meats. He welcomes you, and asks what you are after.
