Avandra's Lot

Avandra's Lot is one of the sixteen Hexabeyance, artifacts created by Bhaskar Distan'Vwaje to help restore Bahamut in case Tiamat ever succeeded in killing her brother. It is one of the artifacts in the Divine Cordons quadrant.
The Lot was discovered in the Soulskein labyrinth under the gambling city of Nanoen.
When attuned, the wielder has a +1 bonus to AC, has the Lucky feat and has Expert proficiency in their favorite gaming set. The wielder can also cast the following spells, provided that they pass the Luck Test.

• As Luck Would Have It
• Disguise Self
• Guidance

To cast a spell using the artifact, the wielder must roll a 2 or higher on 1d6 check. If the check succeeds, the spell is cast as normal. If the check fails, the spell is not cast because the artifact has depleted its magical luck for the day and will recover after the next Long Rest.
