Isla Oja
Isla Oja is the capital city of Cyclopia, a small state on the Alratan Peninsula. The city is on an island on the river Tears. Tears is protected by the water elemental Argosaquas.
Isla Oja used to be ruled by a family of goliaths, but now do so in name only. The real power behind the city is the Society of the Blue Rose mage guild.
The city walls are 60 foot tall and made of a strong metal alloy to protect from flooding. The Blue Rose has not been on great terms with Argosaquas and have spent a tremendous amount of resources to defend against the elemental.
The Party of heroes discovered an ancient crypt under Isla Oja which was used by Lishla Voltaire to create a horrific ritual that corrupted dragon eggs and created the race of draconians. After the party destroyed the eggs and defeated Lishla, Argosaquas calmed and forgave the city.
High Mage Lorfinas did not accept the tale and blamed the school Prismatica Luminaire for all of his troubles. Lorfinas expelled the school and gave them 24 hours to vacate. The professors decided to follow the Party to Kaverna Proklet and try to rebuild their school in the warforged factory.
