Kaverna Proklet
The Cursed Caverns were originally built and abandoned by dwarves long before the Ironforged came to occupy them. When the Ironforged fled, they left behind some of their most important artifacts and research, in hopes that the Technovoles would not find them.
Bit was a sentient monodrone mechanical being who awoke in Kaverna Proklet and lived alone for many years. The city's workshops were full of other mechanical beings built for combat, but Bit could not activate or communicate with them.
When Bit finally left the subterranean city, she found that the logging community of Timberfall had been operating directly overhead for years and didn't know about Kaverna Proklet.
The Party discovered Kaverna Proklet after Zeitundraum Hexabeyance built a new warforged body for Lat'num Leng. The Party found several astral dwarves held in cryostatis. When they awoke, slaad tadpoles burst from the dwarves bodies. The Party abandoned the caverns without resolving the slaad infestation.
Natural Resources
Strange mechanical artifacts called rattek ("war technology" in orcish) have been found in small amounts all over the realm, including in New Frontier and Nanoen. The strange items are prized only by the few who understand the magic behind them.
Kaverna Proklet is a veritable treasure trove of rattek.
