Serpentus Rift

This snake-shaped canyon runs over 200 miles through the Desert of Desolation. It begins somewhere in the middle of the desert and ends in the Iron Bay of the Agarath Sea. Travellers might encounter small tribes of desert-dwelling people, as well as a range of desert animals and monsters. These could include snakes, lizards, and other reptiles, as well as larger predators such as hyenas and jackals.
The Rift is home to one large city, Nanoen, a hotspot for black market transactions and many activities that are illegal in other parts of the world.
The Rift is home to several kobold warrens and hobgoblin warbands as well as a red dragon named Seethe.
