Salt Wa1ter (Common nickname Salty) is from the world Nano.

Salty was constructed to one day be serving the Celestial Union. Salty believes in protecting the universe and life thanks to the exposure of organic lifeforms. However, they're destined to be protecting or causing harm to those that oppose their creator (or acquaintance of creator) ideology. Occasional rewiring or reprogramming is not unusual for Salty as the idea of preserving life is complicated for an autognome and completing the mission is top priority.
Salty has been performing extremely well to the liking of the Celestial Union. Though some missions linger on in Salty's memory processor they push through to not get reprogrammed or worse terminated. The idea to run away from Celestial Union is not a foreign thought but the consequences of doing so outweigh it. Friends are a hard thing to come by and with no one to help they feel boxed in.
Salty's Curse Salty was killed like Rusty on the Nebula. Asmodeus came to him and offered him a deal. He would save his life but would owe Asmodeus a terrible price. Now Salty cannot act directly against Asmodeus without pain. If Salty attacks a follower of Asmodeus that the devil values, he will take 2d10 psychic damage. If Salty dies, his soul will belong to Asmodeus. Asmodeus would likely raise him back up but in a Tiefling body.
