Muspelhir Giants (Of Muspelheim)

Cousin of the Jotun’s are their fellow giants the Muspelhir. Muspelhir live in a fiery domain of lava and stone fed by the Chaos Worldsoul. As such, the Muspelhir live for nothing but chaos. They hated the Aesir just for the fun of hating them. Muspelhir used to dream of war and conquest, but that all changed when their venerated leader Sutr never returned home from his war on the Aesir. They had expected to hear the tales of plunder and destruction but were met with a cold silence from the Bi-frost. Since then, the Muspelhir have taken a milder approach to life, and begun focusing inward on their own development. Crude, yes. But maybe not as bloodthirsty as they have a reputation for.

Muspelhir love the thrill of battle. They value courage and skillful fighting abilities. A Muspelhir feels very out of place in quiet and peaceful situations and feel the urge to always be doing something productive with their time.

Muspelhir have very dark skin with parts of it being covered in black plating of some kind. They tend to have horns of the same material growing in all sorts of shapes. Muspelhir are very tall (7ft minimum) and have a sort of fiery energy sparking around them at all times. These features grow more pronounced as they grow in size and strength.
Perks: Access to the Chaos Worldsoul. & +2 to Constitution and +1 to your choice of Intimidation, Brace, or 1 Weapon Proficiency.
Penalties: You’re not exactly the forgiving type. Any time you are inflicted 8 or more damage you must attack the source of that injury on your next turn. The fiery volcanoes of your homeworld make you highly seceptible to cold Increase any damage from cold and ice sources by 1d8
