Currently ruled by King Kale, Geladesh is a democratic country that uses a voting system to decide who shall be the King.
Because of the obsession with gathering knowledge in Geladesh, those with access to it live lives of luxury and riches, and the common folk suffer with poverty.
The climate and environment of Geladesh is tropical, warm yet windy, it has many hills and beautiful locations.
Geladesh aims only to gather information and collect knowledge, the country is motivated by the unknown and works towards solving the greatest mysteries of The Obsidian Vale.
Structure
Geladesh is a Democratic country ruled by a King who is voted on by the people, the King holds the most power but has to refer to The Council before acting.
The Council is implemented to make sure the King does not have too much power and causes harm to the people with it, they are able to stop the king if need be.
Below The Council are the politicians and mayors of Geladesh, who aim to maintain the peace and prosperity of the country.
Culture
Life in Geladesh can be hard and unforgiving, although it is a democracy, and the government helps smaller settlements to establish themselves, those with access to knowledge quickly find themselves rich, while the common folk hunger.
In Geladesh "For order and peace" is a common way to finish a conversation with someone, it means you wish the country of Geladesh to prosper.

Geladesh aims to gather knowledge, and although corruption is a big problem, the gathering and spreading of knowledge can be a lot worse, those who have knowledge have a much easier life than those who simply have an honest life.

History
Founded by ancient historians, Geladesh was once home to the Gnomes, and their unimaginable amounts of knowledge and records attracted the brightest of minds, eventually establishing cities and towns.
As knowledge attracted intellectuals, uncharted waters and the promise of treasures attracted piraters to Geladesh, who are now citizens of the country.
Order and Peace
Friendly
The Theocracy of Geladesh and The Golden Dynasty are friendly with one another due to a large amount of trading, creating a much profit for the two countries.
Peace
The Kingdom of Zar and the Theocracy of Geladesh have been at peace for the past 52 years without any issues, due to this their relationship has steadily grown from hate to understanding now aiming towards friendship.
Following the recent statements from the Steorian King about expanding the Steoryn Empire, Zar and Geladesh may become friendly with one another in the future.
Non-aggression pact (broken)
The Theocracy of Geladesh and the Steoryn Empire had a Non-aggression pact until the Steorian King announced his plans to restore the Steryn Empire back to its original size, which means taking over and/or merging with every other country, including Geladesh.
War
The Theocracy of Geladesh and the Principality of Casia are at war due to the constant raiding and attacks from the Casians.
