Victor Jones is known often called "Victor the Naive" or "No Name Victor", because his name will not be remembered in Felidae history. No one knows what's happening with Victor. He is in The Cats family, and several people professed to have seen him pass several Exams, and no Overseer has ever claimed to have ex-commed him. Yet, Victor is confused.

Nearly everything about Victor could be classified as long and skinny, including his hands, arms, and legs. He has an angular V-shaped face with particularly sharp looking cheekbones. He has short, slightly curly, black hair and bright dark brown eyes.
