Currently mostly in ruins, with scattered Chaos warbands still roaming. The Cabal in Shadows is the only ones keeping any order in the state, as Elector Count Valmir von Raukov has fled to Salkalten to lick his wounds.
The Deathless Court used to consider it their territory, but their scheming wasn't an effective enough weapon against the Storm of Chaos. It has now been surrendered to this new faction.
