The Ophelia System
The Ophelia System is named after its star, which was named by the Mechanicum Explorator vessel which first charted it during the Great Crusade. Presumably not colonized by humans during the Dark Age of Technology and uninhabited except by xenos at the time of the Great Crusade, the name was chosen on a whim (this was prior to the adoption of formalized naming structures based on location in the galaxy). A popular legend (never verified) is that the name was taken from a pre-Unity Terran drama (which also provided the familial name Laertes for the Cardinal-Governor and his adopted family).
