Talvorn

Talvorn is an arcane tattooist who travels by cart from location to location in the northern section of the Sword Coast region between Longsaddle, Triboar, Phandalin, Leilon, and Neverwinter. Although he's no longer allowed within city walls after the incident with the Neverwinter Harpers. He can be found from time to time on the main trails and roads between those cities including Triboar Trail, The High Road, and The Long Road. His tent and business is a riot of colors and Talvorn specializes in rare Arcane Tattoos which act as magic items for the wearer. His prices are steep, a testament to the rare compounds required for such delicate work.
