Sailor Kairos is a Sailor Senshi traditionally from the Merope System who bears the Kairos Starseed.
Requirements
In order to become Sailor Kairos, a person must possess the Kairos starseed.
Responsibilities
As a senshi of the Merope System, Sailor Kairos is responsbile for making sure the Merope System and those residing within it are kept safe.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The only way for the title of Sailor Kairos to pass on to a new bearer is with the death of the previous one.
