Personal history
Terpsichore was an only child and well loved by her parents. Whist she loved a comfortable life, she didn't understand just how wealthy her family were.
Terpsichore attended the Areto Iphito Academy from the age of eight until she was eighteen. During her time there, her parents died in a natural disaster. This left Terpsichore with more money than she could comprehend what to do with, though she had a few years to work out what to do with it.
After graduating, Terpsichore travelled. She had all this money from her parents and she wanted to do something with it but struggled to work out how to make best use of it. So she went travelling to see the 'world' and to find inspiration. It was on these travels that she awoke as Sailor Thyone and also got the inspiration she was looking for.
Terpsichore was a little bit horrified to realise that whilst Sailor Senshi were expected to face danger and rescue civilians, they knew next to nothing about rescuing people in more natural conficts - floods, fires, earthquakes, etc. It didn't help that protocols varied between countries (never mind planets and systems) and that some senshi were using ones that were a hundred years out of date.
So she decided to set up an organisation devoted to rapid response and emergency aid but with a view of also providing training for senshi and civilians both on protocols she hoped to make universal throughout the Alliance. She had capital to throw behind the project but she was only nineteen. She needed business partners with the sway and the experience to help lift the project off the ground. She sought out Lady Aaliyah Pleione who agreed to help and who introduced Terpsichore to a third partner. Together, they created Triskelion.
Fast forwards a couple of hundred years and Triskelion is one of the largest organisations in the Alliance, with a headquarters in every system and several branch offices spread out across the inhabited planets and satelites. Terpsichore is technically a lot more wealthy than when she started but puts most of her money back into the company. She works most of the time out of the Erda office on Ambrosia but makes the effort to go to the annual careers talk at the Academy for recruitment purposes.
