Fogvein Tribe
The Fogvein Tribe or Dalpareans live in Fogvein Hold & Harbor and control the entire Dalpar Penisula. They are a commercial culture, built on trade and commerce. The Fogveins have compulsory military service, have a standing army and garrison.

History
The Dalpareans have always inhabited the penisula and Fogvein Harbor. Like most tribes they are skilled hunters, however with the bustling port they also became skilled merchants. After the Fogvein tribe became part of the Roniryn Empire, the empire built a fortress to protect the strategic port. The Fogvein Hold was garrisoned with local conscripts trained as imperial spearmen.
After the fall of the empire Fogvein Hold & Harbor would be the target of number sieges. Many neighboring factions had their eye on the lucrative trade routes, however the Fogvien spearmen were able to fend off the invaders. More than a couple of sieges were financed by Wrayatorian nobles, which has led to a distrust and resentment.
