Tree of Gilorn

A great tree near the void that can grant eternal youth. Because the tree is so remote within the already vast and secretive lands of the already immortal Vanir, who have no need of youth potions, there is little demand for its powers in the kingdom.
Tale of its powers are occasionally whispered of, and every so often a mortal will find their way to it. The tree is tended by its guardian, Gilorngwen Startree, who knows how to make use of the tree's magic, and as a Vanir, she can see the whole of a being's life - and judges the worthiness of the seeker of eternal youth.
If the seeker's good has outweighed their bad, she will grant them what they seek, but the potion attaches a binding spell that will never let them direct another to the tree. If the bad has outweighed the good, they are tied to an Eagleswood tree as close to the Gaw as they grow and wait for a void creature. Once said creature is distracted by a meal (and good and full), they are easy enough to dispatch.
