Baron/Baroness

Barons and Baronesses administrate small towns and villages under the watch of a Count or Countess. They are usually given dominion over a certain area around their settlements, but are sometimes restricted to managing only the town itself.
Cities often have a Baron or Baroness for every district and may answer directly to a Duke or Duchess.
