Dan-Harat

The Dan-Harat once lived in the southern regions of The Jakarak Desert in a large nation they called Harat. When the Jakarak Empire expanded southwards to the sea, they absorbed the Dan-Harat relatively peacefully. When the Withering struck, the Dan-Harat were not affected, but their cities and homeland were destroyed. Many fled to surrounding Human lands with mixed levels of acceptance. Those who remained adopted a tribal nomad lifestyle, traveling from place to place. Some engage in the slave trade with Shrask, raiding towns in eastern Prost and carrying off goods and people.
It is believed that the Dan-Harat are related to the Archaians in some way or another. They have similar architectural styles and use the same written script.
The Dan-Harat or Haratites are pale in complexion with hair ranging from blond to light brown and eyes of blue or grey.
