Shilvas Monaderra

Silvas is a human captain of a river vessel that travels up and down the Mibr river. Her ship is called the Roaring Roc and it has a figurehead of a large bird on its prow. She uses this ship to ferry messages, supplies, and passengers as far north as Beldrun and as far south aMibran, where she winters.
