Prissy, dramatic and vain; thinks she always knows best, even while being something of a bimbo. Often gives very backhanded compliments, or just straight-up insults others-- mostly on the grounds of their fashion sense or lifestyle. Likes to socialize, flirt and party-- even if she isn't building any close relationships while she does.
